BouquetOS started at First Bouquet Cottage, a flower studio in Santa Clara.
Every bouquet there is made right before it is picked up or delivered, so the day has to run in the order things leave the door. We built the console to run that day, and the studio runs on it every day. These are a few of the bouquets it has sent out.

Questions florists ask
Where can orders come from?
Shopify checkouts sync in on their own. An AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT can take an order in a chat. Phone and walk-in orders take a few seconds at the counter. Square and your own website are next. Whatever the channel, it lands on the same day plan, and you don’t need a Shopify store to start.
What happens when a customer edits their Shopify order?
The change syncs in: address, window, items. What your team added stays put: the florist, the driver, the design notes and where it sits in the day.
Can my florists use it on their phones?
Yes. The console works on a phone, a tablet or the computer at the counter. Kiosk mode turns a shop tablet into a PIN-locked timeclock and order board.
Is my shop’s data kept apart from other shops?
Every shop gets its own workspace and address, and the database itself refuses to return another shop’s rows. Only people you invite can sign in.
Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT?
